Forging Process

In forging process, we have equipped with forging presses and hot rolling facilities in two lines. Forging is the process of converting the round bar raw material into the desired shape and size to make the parts as per the specified drawings of the client.

The hot cut pieces are pressed, punched and pierced to put through rolling into the required size.

All forging press lines are highly flexible,which gives the company the inherent advantage to simultaneously meet different customerdemands and optimize capacity utilization.

Our Installed capacity is 475 Mt. per month.Our product range from, in OD 80mm to 200mm, in ID 40mm to 110mm and in Height 20mm to 65mm in both line.

Our line no.1, production capacity is 200 Mt. per month and Line no.2 production capacity is 275 Mt. per month.
