Our Process

1. Cutting Process

We have hot shearing facility through induction long bar heaters. We carry out quality inspection like dimension, weight and visual inspection of cut blanks.

2. Forging Process

In forging process, we have equipped with forging presses and hot rolling facilities in two lines. Forging is the process of converting the round bar raw material into the desired shape and size to make the parts as per the specified drawings of the client.

3. Heat Treatment Process

In house facility for Spherodize Annealing in bell type electrically heated, and pit type Furnace to achieve customer's specified properties. We have electrically heated bell type furnaces 7 nos.
